Cancellation Attempt Can Be Tried On Orders Not Entered Into Shipping Stage

Cancel or change order can ONLY be tried on order that has not entered into shipping

We ship all orders as soon as possible. As such, once your order has been shipped, we do not have the ability to "retrieve" or cancel the delivery. If you refuse delivery and assume it gets routed back to us, your return will be processed. Both ship-to and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

If the item you want to cancel has already entered into the shipping process, it can't be cancelled by you or by our Customer Care. Please note that the Fedex/UPS tracking info will only show up in their system a) after items are picked up and b) information get flushed through their system.

We will gladly ATTEMPT to process the cancellation, provided the order hasn't yet entered the shipping process. In order to request a cancellation or change to your order, please call 1-866-637-9246. As time is crucial, it's best to call rather than email us. Thanks!
